摘要
分析了集装箱物流对电子标签特殊要求,归纳总结了用于集装箱物流的电子标签应具备的动态、远距离、高可靠读写与耐高温、抗盐雾腐蚀、抗冲击、高密封性能与数字安全性能等主要特性。分析对比了有源和无源RFID的应用优势与劣势,探讨了应用于集装箱物流的电子标签标准所应覆盖的相关内容。根据集装箱物流的特征,探讨了由设备层、数据层、应用层组成的集装箱物流信息系统的基本架构。最后讨论了电子标签在集装箱物流应用中的安全性、标准化等技术问题。实际应用表明,基于RFID的高频有源电子标签系统的集装箱信息管理系统,可以实现对货物形态和运输信息的有效监控和实时管理,具有良好的应用前景。
The special requirements for Etag system used for container logistics are investigated, including long range,dynamical and reliable recognizing, reading and writing in addition to high performance against high temperature, moisture, impact, and with high sealing ability and digital securify. The contents and standards related to container logistic tag are analyzed in spite of the comparison and contrast of tags with different power supply modes. The hierarchy system for container logistic information is presented with the service level supported by the data level out of the sensors and control devices. It is revealed that the standardization and security and multi-objective recognization of tag system are most important issues for container logistic informationalization, and self-powered tags with cells working at high frequency would be one of the effective solutions.
