摘要
为使波尔山羊胚胎移植形成产业,对供、受体羊的选择、同期发情、超数排卵、采胚、检胚与移植等关键技术进行了研究。在非繁殖季节(北京地区4月至8月),供体波尔山羊15只,受体羊(马头山羊)76只,受胎率为71.0%,移植产羔率为42.1%;在繁殖季节(北京地区9月至翌年3月),供体波尔山羊34只,受体羊(马头山羊)98只,受胎率为68.4%,移植产羔率为48.0%。这表明波尔山羊胚胎移植可以从研究阶段发展到产业化应用阶段。
Critical technologies of embryo- transfer technologies have been studied such as choosing doner and donee goats, estrus synchronizing, superovualtion, embryo- collecting, embryo- inspecting and embryo- transferring to enlarge the quantity of high quality Ber goats. In non- reproductive seasons (from April to August), the pregnancy rate is 71.0% and birth rate 42.1% when 15 purebred Ber goats were used as embryo doner and 76 ( Matou goat) goats as donee. While the pregnancy rate is 68.4% and birth rate 48.0% when 34 purebred Ber goats were used as embryo doner and 98 ( Matou goats) goats as donee in reproductive seasons (from September to next March). These data mean that it is time to expand the scale of high quality Ber goats through embryo- transfer technologies.
