摘要
基于船舶航次计划对海运安全的重要性,运用综合安全评价法 (Formalsafetyassessment,FSA)提出船舶航次计划安全的评价指标,并介绍航次计划安全评价的技术和方法。同时,运用FOXPRO计算机编程语言实现航次计划安全评价体系的软件系统。该系统既可以向评价人员、船舶驾驶员展示评价指标的详细内容,又可以通过操作直接得出评价结果。
Based on the significance of ship voyage plan for marine safety, the safety assessment indexes to the ship voyage plan through formal safety assessment (FSA) is brought forward, and the safety assessment technology and method are introduced. In addition, a software system is designed by using computer language FOXPRO which can display the full contents of the assessment to the assessors and shipboard officers, and give out the assessment result directly through operation..
