摘要 叙述了禽流感病毒(AIV)血凝素(HA)基因的特点,HA 基因编码蛋白质的结构和功能,HA基因与AIV致病力的关系及HA基因工程疫苗的研究近况,以为AI的预防和治疗研究提供参考。 The research progress of hemagglutinin(HA) gene, the structureand function of protein encoded by HA gene, the relationship between pathogenesis and HA gene and the HA gene genetically-(engineering) vaccine were reviewed to serve as a reference for prevention and control of (avian) influenza.
