摘要
文章分析了中青年干部面临的形势和挑战,阐述了要提高中青年干部素质和能力必须在树立科学发展观和正确政绩观上下功夫。
This paper argues that the competences and capabilities of young and middle aged cadres can be improved by fostering in them a sense of scientific development and a correct view of administrative achievements.
