摘要
目的 探讨微型钛板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 采用微型钛板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折18例32处,术后早期功能锻炼。结果 随访3～15个月,所有骨折均骨性愈合。手指功能按照TAM评定标准,优10例,良5例。结论 微型钛板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折操作简便,可良好复位,固定牢靠,有利于手指功能恢复,可取得满意治疗效果,是一种治疗掌指骨骨折较为理想的内固定方法。
Objective To investigate the treatment outcome of internal fixation of metacarpal and phalangeal fracture using titanium mini-plate. Methods 18 cases(32 lesions)of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures were treated with titanium mini-plate and early postoperative rehabilitation. Results All cases were followed up for 3～15 months. All the cases got bony healing of the fracture. According to the evaluation system of TAM scales, the result was excellent in 10 cases and good in 5. Conclusion Internal fixation with titanium mini-plate is an optimal methods for metacarpal and phalangeal fracture. It is easier to obtain good reduction and figid fixation, which is benefical to the rehabilitation of joint function, so satisfactory outcome can be obtained.
