摘要
目的探讨鼻咽癌放射性后组颅神经损伤与颈部纤维化的相关性。方法我院诊治39例鼻咽癌单侧放射性后组颅神经损伤患者,排除肿瘤复发或放射性致癌引起的后组颅神经损伤患者,比较分析后组颅神经损伤侧和非损伤侧颈部纤维化的程度差别。结果鼻咽癌放射性后组颅神经损伤患者损伤侧颈部软组织的纤维化程度较非损伤侧严重(WilcoxonW=1237.000,P<0.01)。结论放射性后组颅神经损伤的发生与颈部软组织纤维化有关。
OBJECTIVE:To study the relationship between radiation-induced lower cranial neuropathy and neck fibrosis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. METHODS: Thirty-nine patients with unilateral radiation-induced lower cranial neuropathy were diagnosed in the Teaching Hospital of Fujian Medical University from November 2003 to July 2004. Patients with recurrent tumors or with radiation-induced carcinoma were not included in the analysis. The differences of neck fibrosis between ipsilateral necks with lower cranial neuropathy and contralateral necks were campared.RESULTS:The ipsilateral necks with the injured lower cranial nerves presented more serious fibrosis than contralateral necks in thirty-nine patients (Wilcoxon W=1 237.000, P<0.01). CONCLUSION:The neck fibrosis after radiotherapy may be the significant factor for the development of lower cranial neuropathy.
