摘要
中小学校弹性工作制是对现今坐班制的另一种合理有益选择,采用弹性工作制能有效解决部分学校制度建设与质量管理的矛盾,也能有效安抚教师失衡心理。研究表明,教师对富余时间处理的心理期望,以及教师对当下坐班制不太高的满意度,为弹性工作制提供了生存空间和实施条件。
The flexible working time in primary school is another reasonable and beneficial choice which can substitute for system of being on duty. It can partly solve the contradiction between the construction of school's institution and quality management. It can also placate teachers' unbalanced mentality. Former research has proved that teachers' expectation to their spare time and tp the system of being on duty today is quite low in the aegree of satisfaction, which provides provided existence space and operation condition for the flexible working time.
