摘要
转子是螺杆钻具中最重要的机械部件,其形状复杂,难以计算加工。以无瞬心包络铣削方法为基础,设计包括参数输入、廓形计算、精度分析、干涉判定、图形显示、加工过程仿真和数控程序生成等各种功能在内的完整数控加工系统。该系统实现了对异形螺杆加工过程的三维仿真,完全自动实现从数据准备、刀具选取到最终数控加工的全过程。
The spiral rod for rotor is the most important part in the spiral rod drills.It has complicated shape that can’t be calculated and machined easily.Based on non-instantaneous envelope method,designs the whole NC system including parameter input,profile calculation,precision analysis,interference judgment,image show,simulation of machining process and generation of NC program etc.all functions.The 3D simulation of machining process for special shaped spiral rod is realized.Data ready,tool choice and final NC machining are all accomplished automatically.
