摘要
分别采用手糊法、真空袋法和真空辅助成型法制备了非织造布增强不饱和聚酯树脂复合材料 ;宏观上对这三种复合材料的拉伸、弯曲、冲击等力学性能进行了测试 ,并加以比较 ;微观上利用电镜扫描图分析了复合材料的破坏形式和机理。
A series of non-woven fabric reinforced polymer composites are manufactured by hand-molding,by vacuum-bag molding and by vacuum-assistant resin injection.The macroscopic mechanical properties of these three kinds of composiraes,such as tensibility, flexibility and impact strength,are tested and compared reciprocally,as for the microscopic mechanical properties,the microstructure of depredation and its mechanism are analyzed by scanning electron microscope.
