摘要
介绍了水工建筑物冲刷磨损破坏情况及增韧改性环氧树脂砂浆在混凝土抗冲磨性能提高中的作用。详细讨论了"海岛结构"环氧材料(HD EP)增韧及抗冲磨机理,并进行了环氧材料的抗冲磨试验,得出"海岛结构"环氧材料(HD EP)的抗冲磨性能比普通环氧及C70混凝土有较大提高。通过电镜扫描观察分析了材料中存在的"海岛结构"是提高材料韧性的关键。进一步提出其工程应用前景及施工工艺技术。
This article introduces the erosion and abrasion of hydraulic structures and the affection of toughness epoxy resin resistance to erosion and abrasion of the concrete. The mechanism of resistance to erosion and abrasion of 'sea island structure' epoxy resin mortar is discussed in detail. The result of the resistance to erosion and abrasion experimentation shows that the resistance to erosion and abrasion of 'sea island structure' epoxy resin mortar is better than common epoxy resin mortar and C70 concrete. The analysis of the scanning electron microscope pictures indicates the existence of 'sea island structure' in the epoxy resin that is the key to improve rupture toughness of the epoxy resin. The application of the materials and the construction methods are also discussed.
