摘要
部分油田的稠油开采采用出砂冷采技术,要求在射孔完井中尽量提高射孔孔眼的密度和孔径,高孔密、大孔径140射孔器就是为了满足出砂冷采技术需求开发的。着重介绍了高孔密、大孔径140 射孔器的开发研制及其应用情况。通过对枪身器材的优选、射孔弹结构及性能的改进、布孔方案的设计,实现了孔密40 孔/m,套管孔径28 mm,穿深246mm的技术指标。同时又对跟踪测量仪的结构进行了改进,提高了测量精度。通过现场应用取得了较好的增产效果,为今后进一步提高高孔密大孔径射孔器的性能提供了借鉴经验。
Sandoilproduction technique has been used in some viscous crude oil wells, which requires as much as possible to improve per foration densities and diameters, and the newly developed 140 high shot density and big perforation sizes perforator is just for this purpose. Mainly introduced are development and application of the perforator. By optimizing perforator bod y material, modifying the shaped charge configuration, as well as altering the p erforation patterns, the perforator's shot density is up to 40 holes per meter, casing hole 28 mm, and perforating depth 246 mm. The innovated tracer ejector im proves measuring accuracy. Production rate is increased by using this perforator .
