摘要
以VK2 70FA变量叶片泵为研究对象,利用脉宽调制(PWM)高速电磁阀开关,通过对该泵变量机构的调节,改进了这种变量泵的控制方式,达到了恒功率控制的目的.改进后的数字变量泵具有抗污染能力强,重复性好,与计算机接口方便,价格低廉的优点;同时由它所组成的系统不需要像模拟机那样的D/A转换环节,摩擦力、非线性和滞后现象对数字控制系统的影响比模拟系统小,是一种很有前途的流控元件.
Taking variable displacement vane pump VK2-70FA as investigation object,high-speed magnetic on/off valve was controlled by means of pulse width modulation with the help of computer,so that the mechanism of displacement regulation of the vane pump was controlled and the control manner of this pump was improved to achieve the goal of constant power control.The improved digital variable displacement pump possesses such merits as strong antipollution ability,good repeatability,convenient interfacing with computer,and low cost.Meanwhile,the is no D/A converter as with those system composed of analog devices,no friction,nonlinearity,and delay,so that their influence on this digital control system is less than on analog one.Thus,the control device presented here is a promising fluid control one.
