摘要
学生干部是学生中的一员, 他们是受教育者, 也是学校管理活动的参与者, 在高校学生工作中具有他人不可替代的作用, 这主要表现在骨干带头作用、桥梁纽带作用和助手作用等三个方面。重视和加强学生干部队伍的建设具有十分重要的意义。
Student's cadre is a member of students,they receive the educator,is implementers,participants of the educational activities too,having others' irreplaceable function in university's student's work,this displays in such three respects as key leading role,tie function of the bridge and assistant's function,etc.mainly.The construction which pays attention to and strengthens student's contingent of cadres has very important meanings.
