摘要
通过对国内稻米的生产、加工、消费和贸易现状进行分析,发现我国稻米产业波动性显著,并存在品质不高、产品附加值低、品牌意识弱,以及市场管理水平和组织化程度低等诸多问题。现阶段我国稻米产业不仅需要继续鼓励和提高生产能力、提高产业组织化程度、保证国内稻米供应,而且还需要不断提高品质、发展加工、树立品牌、加快流通,提高稻米产业的竞争力。
The production, processing, consumption and trade of rice in China are analyzed, and the problems such as remarkable fluctuation of market, low quality, low processing value, brand confusion, and poor market management and industry management are discovered. On the one hand, the productivity should be further increased and industrialization level raised to ensure the domestic rice supply. On the other hand, the quality should be improved, the processing developed, the famous brand created, the circulation sped up, and the competitiveness sharpened.
