摘要
禽流感严重威胁着世界各国的养禽业及人类健康。由于禽流感病毒抗原及其致病的易变性以及近年的流行新特点,要求未来的防制措施要采取早日检测,包括用先进的分子生物学诊断技术进行病毒鉴定、检疫,加强疫苗免疫预防等,建立全国性禽流感检测、防控网络,有效防控高致病力禽流感。
Avian Influenza is a severe disease against the health of poultry and human worldwide. In the Avian Influenza virus, because of the variability of antigenicity and pathogenicity as well as pandemic characteristics in recent years, the controlling strategies must be made by early-detection measures. These measures include virus identification, virus quarantine and vaccination protection through advanced molecular biological techniques. In addition, national networks for the detection and prevention of Avian Influenza can take effective measures to prevent the highly pathogenicity Avian Influenza.
