摘要 本文建立了活塞环—气缸套三维动压混合润滑模型。该模型以平均Reynolds方程和表面微凸体接触方程为基础,并考虑了燃烧室燃气泄漏、表面粗糙度、油膜破裂位置以及气缸套圆周方向上的非轴对称性等因素对润滑性能的影响。分析计算表明,气缸套圆周方向上的非轴对称性对活塞环—气缸套摩擦系统的润滑性能有很大影响,对该系统进行三维润滑性能分析是非常必要的。 A three-dimensional, hydrodynamic mixed lubrication model has been developed to investigate the frictional performance of piston ring and cylinder liner contact. The model is based on the average Reynolds equation and asperity contact approach with the considerations of surface roughness, rupture location, blowby through the piston ring pack and nonaxisymmetry in circumferential direction of cylinder liner. The results show that the shape of the cylinder liner (out-of-roundness) significantly affects the lubrication performance of the piston ring pack and should necessarily be considered in the research.
