EBV与血液系统恶性肿瘤相关性的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 EB病毒属疱疹病毒科γ亚科中唯一能引起人类感染的淋巴滤泡病毒。近40年来的研究证明,EBV与多种人类血液系统疾病密切相关(如传染性单核细胞增多症、EBV相关的噬血细胞增多综合征、伯基特淋巴瘤等),由于EBV对人类的普遍易感性,因而,近年有关EBV的免疫学特性、EBV逃避机体免疫应答的机制、EBV感染相关疾病的致病机制等研究有了很大进展,就相关问题进行综述。
