摘要
数字电视是指节目摄制、编辑、发送、传输、存储、接收和显示等环节全部采用数字处理的全新电视系统,世界各国都在积极地寻找发展对策。结合我国国情,提出了“一统一、四到位、二丰富”的数字电视发展策略。
Digital television is a new television system in whi ch a program is made entirely by digital technology about its shooting, editing, s ending out, deliver, saving, receiving and showing. In the world, many countries are actively looking for the strategy to develop their digital televisions. In this article, the author combines the condition of our country, puts forward the strategy to develop digital television, unionizing one thinking, getting four p oints, and enriching two aspects.
