摘要
目的研究维药库吾提艾拉口服液的提取工艺。方法以淫羊藿苷的含量为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验设计优选维药库吾提艾拉口服液的最佳提取工艺条件。结果优选得到的最佳提取工艺为A3B2C2,即加14倍量水,总煎煮时间3小时,醇沉浓度75%。结论优选得到的工艺稳定可行。
Objective: To study on extraction processof Uighur medicine kuwuti ala oral liquid. Methods: The optimum extraction conditions were investigated by the orthogonal design L_9(34) and in icariin as the content index. Results: the optimun extractiing condition obtained was:adding 14 fold of water; decocting the drug for 3 hours; precipitation concentration is 75%. Conclusion: the optimized process is stable and high efficient.
