摘要
采用八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、六甲基硅氧烷(MM)等主要原料制备了硅油脱模剂。介绍了硅油脱模剂的技术指标、制备工艺及制品的性能,讨论了影响制品性能的因素。结果表明该硅油脱模剂性能良好,可广泛应用于PU、ABS和橡胶模塑制品的脱模。
A silicone oil release agent was prepared from D_4、MM, etc. The factors affecting the properties of the silicone oil are discussed. The technical index, the manufacturing engineering and the properties of the silicone oil are introduced. The silicone oil release agent has good properties and is broadly applied in PU,ABS and rubber mould.
