摘要
介绍了用大样本住院患者数据和决策树方法建立的病情分级方案,阐述了病情分级在医疗保险费用管理中的必要性,提出了应用病种病情制定病种付费标准的方法和主要特点。
This paper introduced a severity scaling system of inpatients based o n data of hospital discharge,and proveded the idea and method of making standar d of medical insurance payment by application of this system.The main advantage s of this plan were also explained.
