摘要
针对我国房地产企业及我国金融市场实际情况,提出了我国房地产企业的几种融资方式,并对房地产企业的闲余资金的投资运用及投资融资绩效等问题进行了探讨。
The purpose of this article is to put forward some of investment and financing ways for Estate Corporation according to the present situation of finance-market. Furthermore,the questions of the spare fund investment and performance of Estate Corporation are discussed.
