摘要
介绍了一种焊接热循环参数测试及分析系统。该系统可以测定热循环冷却曲线及其上的温度相变点,建立新材料的SH-CCT图,为制定、评定和优化焊接工艺提供重要的参考依据,为分析H AZ的相变机理及组织性能提供有力的证据,从而提出了利用焊接冷却相变在热循环曲线上具有温度点的现象来研究H AZ相变机理与组织性能的新思路。
A computer-aided system for testing and analyzing weld thermal cycle is presented in this paper.The system may be helpful for establishing and enriching the welding CCT curves for metal material as the temperature points of phase transformation can be obtained in the thermal cycle curves of HAZ by using the system.It is also applicable to research on the microstructures and mechanical properties of HAZ.
