摘要
用毛细管柱GC MS分析了氯霉素,探讨了程序升温汽化大体积进样的原理,提出了在溶剂排空模式下优化进样的原则。通过对进样参数的优化,解决了定量重现性差的问题,实现了对氯霉素的准确定量。氯霉素加标浓度为0 .0 1~10 .0ng g时,回收率在95 .88%~10 7.6 9%之间,变异系数小于5 .92 %。在进样量为10 0 μL时,方法的检出限达到10pg g。
Chloramphenicol was analyzed by GC/MS with capillary column.The theory of programmed-temperature vaporization large-volume injection is studied and the principles for optimization of the method under solvent vent mode are discussed. The problem of low repeatability in quantification is overcome by optimizing injection parameters and the accurate quantification of chloramphenicol is realized. The recovery is 95.88%~107.69% with RSD less than 5.92% when concentrations of chloramphenicol added with standard is in the range of 0.01~10.0 ng/g. The detection limit is 10 pg/g when on-column injection volume is 100 μL.
