摘要
用自熔融冷至制品,玻璃六个物理特性阶段的后四个阶段中的结构调整、凋整终止和热应力演绎,从微观到宏观阐明了玻璃退火全过程的本质:“两个退火阶段和四种退火状态”。由此得到了浮法玻璃退火窑设计的技术路线,指出了该项设计上的弊端,树立了新的设计理念。
The essence , i. e. 2 annealing stages and 4 annealing states , of whole annealing process has been clarified from micro to macro according to the structure re-arrangement ,re-arrangement termination and thermal stress deduction in the later 4 of the 6 physical characteristic stages . The technical sketch of float glass furnace design was obtained and some mal-practice was pointed out . New design concept was established .
