摘要
随着现代体育的发展,领导、组织、管理等方面人才需求与发展不平衡,高校具有培养裁判员的明显优势,大学生的发展也需拥有裁判员的作风与精神。改革高校体育教学,为现代体育发展培养高水平裁判,推动竞技体育、大众体育、学校体育工作发展,也为培养适应时代发展的大学生体育教育开辟新途径,促进国民素质、增强体育运动水平。
With the rapid development of the modern physical education, the supply and demand of the talents specializing in administration is out of balance. Universities and colleges have obvious advantages of training referees, and the development of college students needs the style and spirit of referees. To reform PE teaching in universities and colleges, the train qualified referees for the development of modern PE, to promote the development of competition PE, masses PE and PE in school. It will pave new way in cultivating the development of the students, and it is beneficial for the promotion of nation's quality and advancement of sports competition.
