摘要
高等职业技术教育的特点之一是要求教师是具有扎实的专业技能操作水平和丰富的社会实践经验、教学业务娴熟的社会复合型人才。如何帮助刚从学校毕业的青年教师尽快提高教学业务水平和专业操作技能,积累专业实践经验,是高职院校面临的一大课题。青年教师与校内外专家之间构建成“师徒结对”模式,是一种便捷而有效的途径。
High degree vocational technique education demands a teacher must be a social complex man , who has solid profession skill, rich social practical experience and experienced teaching vocation .How to help a yang teacher just graduated school to raise his ability about teaching vocation and profession skill operation is our a big main topic. To establish a “master-apprentice connection” between young teacher and specialist within or outside school will be a convenience or effective path.
