How to unify 'Chinese characteristic' and 'socialism' is the topic which the Communist Party of China must face it in national construction process. “China’s Characteristic Socialism', which is understanding sublimation to “Socialism with Chinese characteristics”, complies with the historical development tendency and promotes understanding to the world events now.
