摘要
对氯苯在HZSM一5分子筛催化剂上的选择性硝化进行了研究,硅铝比为58的HZSM一5分子筛可使对邻比达到5.31,用正交试验法研究了各反应参数及催化剂用量对硝化反应的影响.考察了在硝化体系中不同的添加剂对于对邻比及氯苯转化率的影响,当加入某种物质时,可使对邻比达到3.05,氯苯转化率可达39.65%。
Over the HZSM-5 zeolite catalyst,it is researched here for the factoro to influence thenitrition of chlorobenzene through experiment, such as temperature, time, ratio of reagents,SiO2 / Al2O3 and the amount of HZSM-5 catalyst, etc. It is proved that the catalyst has goodpara selectivity, and then with suitable additives, the P/O reached 3.05 and the yield39.65 % in the nitrition of CB.
