This paper introduces in detail the conception and contents of the m anagement by objective practiced in the logistics enterprise, and through the an alysis on “the assessment indexes and evaluation standards of the objective man agement of a certain branch company's manager in 2004”, probes into the determi nation of the quantified assessment indexes of the logistics enterprise, and put s forward some matters needing attention in the practice of the quantified asses sment.
