知识经济时代人力资源管理成为组织发展的关键因素,图书馆的人事管理制度也面临着挑战和变革。现代图书馆人力资源管理所要解决的主要是观念的转变和机制的创新问题。为实现图书馆人力资源管理目标,必须进行相应的人力资源管理活动。
Human resource management is becoming the key element of organizatio nal development in the knowledge-based economy age, and the personal management system of the library is facing the challenges and revolutions. The problems th at the human resource management in library will be resolved are the viewpoint t ransformation and mechanism innovation. In order to realize the target of human resource management of the library, the activities of human resource management must be carried out.
