摘要
讨论了如何搞好重点工程审计工作,指出事前审计是保证重点工程投资效益的前提,事中控制是做好重点工程审计的关键,事后审计是控制工程造价的最后保证。
This paper discusses on the problem of how to do well audit on major projects, and points out that the audit before the construction is the precondition of guaranteeing the investment benefit of the major projects, the control during the construction is the key of doing well the audit on major projects, and the audit after the construction is the last guarantee of controlling the cost of the construction.
