摘要
中国作为一个发展中国家,实行对外直接投资和引进外部直接投资并重的战略是中国经济自身的需要。目前我国的对外投资主体还极不成熟,在一定程度上影响着中国对外投资的绩效,应在借鉴发达国家成功经验的基础上,从战略高度上给对外投资主体以引导和扶持,以形成有竞争力的投资主体。
Being as a developing country, China is carrying out the strategy of laying equal stress on investing the foreign countries directly and introducing the external investment directly, which is the requirement of the economy of China itself. At present, the main bodies of the investment of China is far from the mature, which influences the performance of China's foreign investment to a certain degree. Should use the experiences of developed countries, provide the main bodies of the foreign investment guidance and support for the purpose of forming the highly competitive main bodies of the foreign investment.
