摘要
信息和知识的管理长期以来被当作图书馆的首要职责,因此,图书馆应该在知识管理中发挥带头作用。从知识管理的内涵着手,构建了图书馆知识管理系统的模式,并阐述了系统模式的运用,做到了理论联系实际,有较强的操作性。
The management of the knowledge and information is the top function of the library for a long time, therefore the library should plays the leading role in the knowledge management. Starting from the connotation of the knowledge management. This paper establishes the model of library's knowledge management system, and expounds the application of the system model, which accomplishes the combination of theory and the practice and has stronger operability.
