摘要
从新建企业生产管理所面临的对象及其之间的关系入手,对新建企业的生产现场管理工作问题进行初步探讨,指出对生产现场管理工作的分析思路,归纳了新建企业生产现场管理的特点,提出了新建企业开展生产现场管理的四项原则,并根据四项原则提出了新建企业开展生产现场管理的策略。这些都为新建企业的生产现场管理工作提出了有效的借鉴方法。
The paper primarily discusses some objects and relations among the objects of the on-the-spot management in the newly-built enterprise,and discusses the on-the-spot management of the newly-built enterprise,points out the analytic way to the on-the-spot management,concludes some characters of the on-the-spot management of the newly-built enterprise.In addition,the paper puts forward four rules for on-the-spot management of the newly-built enterprise.Some strategies are included to develop the on-the-spot management for the newly-built enterprise according to these four rules.All these advances a good way of reference for the on-the-spot management of the newly-built enterprise.
