通过对熔体放流时间和断头次数的比较来确定适宜的铲板周期。铲板周期的优化,有利于改善涤纶长丝的生产状况,降低熔体消耗,提高产品的满卷率和等级品率。
H ow to setthe suitable w iping spinneretperiod from com pairing the bleeding tim e and tim esofyarn break was introduced. The test showed, optimal clearing spinneret period improved the PET filament production status, reduced melt losing and updated full-package rate and product quality.
