摘要
在刀具破损监控中监控策略及采用何种特征量是实现实时监控的关键,常规单一的监控方法其适应性有限且容易漏监错监。文章详细分析了加工过程的声发射、切削力及功率变化特点并结合加工中心的加工特点,提出了其于双阈值的声发射监控、切削力遥测监控和基于功率微分的多特征参数综合刀具破损检测技术,能针对不同的加工即粗、精加工同时给与监测,且受切削条件的影响小,具有监测精度高、抗干扰能力强、灵敏度高、可以实时检测等特点。
In the tool breakage monitoring, the monitoring strategy and using what kind of characteristic is the key. The general simplex monitoring way has a limited adjustability and also easily to fail to report breakage. This article analyze the AE, cutting force, cutting power and characteristic of MC, presenting the method of detecting multiple characteristic parameter's fusion of using two threshold AE, cutting force remote and differential signal of cutting power. It targets to different machining process(finish machining、crude machining)monitoring simultaneously, and cutting condition has little influence on it and also has high monitoring precision、strong anti-jamming、characteristic of detection on-line.
