摘要
在网络环境下,新世纪的档案管理工作面临严峻的挑战和难逢的机遇。网络环境是档案工作信息化的技术基础,也促进了传统档案管理的创新。档案管理工作要加强管理主体的创新,重视技术的创新,解决好创新的经济基础和制度保障问题,要抓住网络环境带来的办公自动化机遇来发展自己。
In the network environment, the management of archive in the new century is confronted with the severe challenges and rare opportunities as well. Network environment is the technical basis of information management of archive, and, on the other hand, improves the traditional archive management. So the archive management work should strengthen the innovation of its subjects, attach great importance to the innovation of techniques, economic base and system safeguard, and seize the opportunities that the network brings to develop itself greatly.
