摘要
文章将多层房屋结构简化为单耦合的带横梁的无限周期柱结构,有效地运用周期结构理论和波传播常数的概念,推导出多层房屋结构振源输入点阻抗的一般表达式,从而使得分析过程得到大大简化。介绍了导纳功率流方法,并运用振动功率流的概念评价基础隔震结构的隔震效率,指出了隔震效率不仅与隔震系统本身的阻抗特性有关,而且还取决于震源特性以及上部房屋结构的点阻抗特性;从功率流的观点出发,必须依据上部房屋结构的频率特性和震源特性来优化隔震器的设计,不仅使由地基震动经过隔震器输入到上部房屋结构的功率流为最小,而且还保证经济适用。
On the Basis of studying the theory of wave periodic structure and the notion of wave propagation con-stant, the general expression for point impedance of multi-storey buildings, and the multi-storey buildings modelled a infinite periodic column structures with transverse beams by simplication are presented in this paper. The mobility power flow approach to periodic structure theory is applied to study the power flow of base-isolated buildings and the concept of power flow is used to quantify the effectiveness of isolators. It has been pointed out that the super-structure point impedance, the impedance of isolators and the type of vibration source are important in controlling power flow into the super-structure through isolators from the ground. In view of the power flow, the superstructure frequency characteristics and the type of vibra-tion source must be considered in designing isolators so that the power flow into the superstructure is mini-mized.
