摘要
本文提出了一种将视觉检测技术应用于汽车液力变矩器焊缝检测的方法,并研制出一套可以在生产线上稳定、可靠运行的检测系统。该系统中,利用CCD将焊缝图像采集到计算机内,经系统处理后可以成功地将焊缝表面的缺陷检测出来。
In this paper, one method of weld detection has been put forward,which is based on the technology of visual inspection. And one new inspection system has been developed, which could be used in the production line stably and reliably. In the inspection system, the image of weld is acquired from a progressive CCD and then digitized into the computer memory. Through the inspection system, the defects of weld could be checked out successfully.
