摘要
研究了用真空闪蒸法制备的Li2SO4基非晶(1-x-y)LiCl·yLi2SO4·xP2O5体系固体电解质薄膜,对固体电解质体性质及其薄膜的结构、成分进行了研究。所得的膜是非晶的,表面成分接近体的成分,氧稍有富集,表面碳沾污较严重。当0.3≤x<1时,所得固体电解质均为非晶态。引入的Li2SO4量超过20%时,体系出现新的快离子导电相。电导率变化较复杂,出现两个谷值。P2O5引入时无新相产生。电导率随温度变化,在200℃≤T≤282℃时满足Arrhenius方程。对组分与体相相同的薄膜来说,薄膜的电导率与组分无关。此外,用复阻抗谱对系统的电化学参量进行了研究。
The properties of non-crystal (1-x-y) LiCl·yLi2SO4·xP2O5 solid electrolyte and films based on Li2SO4 were studied. The results show that the composition of non-crystal films close to that of bulk, and the peak to peak values of O and C Auger signals increase. The solid electrolyte prepared were non-crystal in 0.3≤x≤1, and new fast ion phase was yielded over 20% Li2SO4. The conductivity with composition change is complicated, lnσo νs 1000/T and follows Arrhenius epuation at 200℃C≤T≤282℃. In addition, complex impedance spectra were used to study the sample.
