摘要
由于城市建设用地日趋紧张,中小城市住宅楼逐渐向高层建筑发展,以求提高土地资源的利用率。建筑物挡光问题越来越明显,关于这方面内容的研究不多。利用相关模式,对铁岭市都市花园小区高层住宅楼对小区北侧5 8m处周围敏感区影响时间及影响高度范围进行预测分析,以便更科学合理解决高层建筑的挡光问题,提供科学依据。
At present there is a trend for residential housing toward high-rise structure for the purpose of both relaxing growing strains in urban land use and promoting the land resource utilization efficiency. Unfortunately, dense and high residential blocks have resulted in more adverse impact due to sunlight being kept off. Little study is given on such a problem. This paper has dealt, by means of correlation model, with the analysis of Dushi Garden Residential Quarter's effect on neighboring sensitive area which is 58m away nearby, in terms of duration and height scope, just aiming at giving a more reasonable solution to the sunlight blocking by high rise buildings with the aid of scientific conclusion.
