摘要
为了研究红外光度法在测油过程中应用的局限性,用重量法和红外法对成品油及污水进行了大量的实验。实验结果表明红外光度法适用高浓度水样中石油较轻组分的测定,对于重组分低浓度的样品,回收率则很低。
Aiming at finding out suitability of infrared spectrometer in oil measurement , a lot of analysis of oil content were carried out by both gravimetric method and infrared spectrometry , respectively . The analysis results reflects that both of methods have its advantages and disadvantages in measurement of oily wastewater. infrared spectrometry is suitable to determine light oil constituents in heavy concentrated oily wastewater , however its disadvantages appeared in determination of heavy oils in light concentrated oily wastewater with its low sensitivities .
