摘要
对生物降解氯代芳香化合物的研究现状及其应用前景进行综述,分析了氯代芳香化合物的结构与其生物降解性的关系,降解机理包括氧化脱氯机理、还原脱氯机理及共代谢作用机理。
The present situations of research and prospect of application of biodegradation of chlorinated aromatics are reviewed.The relationship between chemical structure of chlorinated aromatics and biodegradation is analyzed.The mechanism of biodegradation includes oxidation dechlorination,reduction dechlorination and co-metabolism.
