摘要
分析了大中型城市中心城区的特点,指出都市型产业适应大都市可持续发展要求,并就其发展策略进行了探讨。
The central district of large and medium sized cities is the core area of the city. It is characterized by high aggregate economic strength and rapid development, perfect infrastructure and social facilities, convergent distributing of household and large-sized market, abundant human resources and solid scientific and technical strength, highly city land development and limited land resources, highly assembled factors of production and economies of scale. With the policy of sustainable development being carried out and the development of ecological economics of city, it is inevitable to explore a new model of industrial development to adapt economy and society’s development of central district. Urban industries is the ideal option for industry’s development of central district in large and medium sized cities, because it meets the need of sustainable development of metropolitan and the requirement to develop diversification of inhabitant’s consumption, and helps to protect environment and to provide employment opportunity. It is also suit to be developed in central district and has close relation with household life.
