摘要
延安自然科学院是一所定位于“三位一体”办学模式的近代理工科大学。人民教育家徐特立制定的教育思想、教育方针、办学特色、教育内容及学院“双师型”师资结构队伍,无不体现了当代高等职业教育的特色。他提出的“三位一体”教育思想和办学模式,是中国教育史上的伟大创举,对当代我国实现高等教育大众化、普及化仍具有一定的启迪作用。
Yan'an Natural Academy is a modern university with trinity teaching mode. People's educator Xu Teli's educational thoughts, policy characteristics, contents and 'double-teacher' teaching staff embodies the characteristics of modern vocational education. His trinity educational thoughts and mode are a great creation in Chinese educational history, which plays a certain part in the popularization of modern Chinese higher education.
