摘要
根据上海电力公司负荷控制中心不同类型的数据,对上海电力公司在2004年迎峰度夏期间所采取的错峰、避峰及让电等各项措施进行了系统的研究分析,并对各种措施的实际效果以及上海电网进一步挖掘错避峰潜力作了综合分析,提出了上海电力公司2005年迎峰度夏错峰、避峰措施潜力的分析报告,希望能为上海及其他大都市电力公司在制定迎峰度夏错避峰措施提供参考.
Based on the data supplied by the Load Controlling Center of Electric Power Company of Shanghai, we analyzed the main measures used for the purpose of eliminating peek load pressure by Electric Power Company of Shanghai in 2004 and discussed their potentials. It is hoped that it can make it more convenient for Electric Power Company of Shanghai and other big cities to take measures to reduce the pressure and to spend the peak load summer time safely.
