摘要
从资源的稀缺性出发,提出了丰水地区优化水资源配置的必要性,进而指出丰水地区建设节水型社会的重要意义;通过对生产函数的描述,直观反映了丰水地区建设节水型社会的过程与效果;在前面分析的基础上,提出了丰水地区建设节水型社会的建议。
The authors point out that it is critical to optimize water resources allocation in water-rich areas from the scarcity nature of resources, and the importance of establishing a water saving society in water-rich areas. The processes and effects of water saving society establishment is reflected in water-rich areas through a description to the production function. Finally recommendations are made based on the above analysis.
