摘要
新闻自由与审判公正均是现代民主法制国家所倡导和追求的重要目标,二者都有着重大价值。从分析新闻自由与审判公正的价值入手,阐明了二者在总体上具有一致性,同时由于各自的价值取向不同,二者又存在一定矛盾的对立统一关系;并针对如何协调二者之间的关系,有利于二者价值的实现,提出了一些可行性建议。
Freedom of the press and judicial justice are both the important goal which is advocated and pursed by modern legal countries,and both of them have significant values.First of all,the article analyzes the value of the two sides,then sets forth the communality of them,in the meanwhile,owing to their different value orientation, they also have some contradictions.Next,in the light of how to coordinate the both sides' relation and realize the values of them,the article provides some feasible suggestions.
